Fitness and nutrition are not something that comes easily to everyone, including myself. There is NO perfect balance, and my goal is to work together with my clients to develop a plan that works for their lifestyle. The key is to get where you want to be that makes you happy and then sustain that level without entering a vicious cycle of needing to “get back on track.” As they say, the struggle is real, and I’m no different!
